- All class rescheduling or cancellations must be arranged through our sales team—not directly with the teacher.
- Please send cancellation requests to professional@lingua-learn.my.
- To cancel a class, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as attended, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
- For rescheduling, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a missed session.
